Over June 14th and 15th I went out on the kayak twice. The bird count was:
5 bald eagles
4 white egrets
12 herons

Record time...
The old out and back - Tilghman to St. Michaels to Tilghman....24 miles round trip. For the first time I use by road Cannondale. A much lighter and faster bike than my mtn or cross bike. A new fastest time was established Friday morning. 1 hour and 16 mins. An average of 18.9mph. I sat on Lairs Bench and told the fisherman of my deed. They didn't seem the least bit impressed or interested...

Sunsets...
The two lots behind us are right on the Bay. The person we purchased our house from gave us permission to use the lots to watch the sunsets. I created the path from our house directly to the lots...This is what we're able to see...
SUP Rental...June 2/3, 2012 weekend...

First trip on the water....
On May 19th we took the canoe over to the Bar Neck launch point and dropped in for the first on-the-water paddle. We paddled over to our cove and checked out the houses along the water. As we paddled along the coast we saw one of the bald eagle take off from a tree right above us...
